- Cleanse your skin and pat dry with a towel, it's optional to apply toner or a serum but it will add benefits to your skin if you do.

- Attach the mask, then adjust the strap around your head.

- Switch on the mask and wait for 10- 15 minutes and in the meantime you can relax and listen to your favourite music.

- After 10 mins remove the mask and clean with a wet wipe and dry afterwards
